One thing I can say with surety is that we all trust our Dermatologists blindly, right girl's! And Why not they are just perfect in their work, I swear by their advice. In today’s beauty conscious and fashion dominant world, we have become more aware of beauty rituals than ever before. I keep scouting hundreds of websites every day to read various stuff and keep forwarding, publishing whatever relevant and useful information I find online.
So I thaugth of sharing some of the best Beauty Advice right from the mouth of Dermatologists, So please read on;
Opt A Skin Care Regime-
Having a good skin care regime will boost your beauty and you will see its effect on your skin after ages too, So go and opt a good skin care regime according to your skin type.
Zen Your Skin-
If you ask me, I would say this is the best advice I have read in a long time. I remember how my skin used to glow when I was this simple, carefree kind of a girl but thankfully I am again getting back to my early self. Annie Chiu, MD, a derm in L.A., says keeping your skin stress free is the best way to make it look great. Taking a 10 minute time-out to apply face mask and relax on her bed works for her.
Say Yes To Sunscreens-
Yeah, this is the foremost and probably the best advice we can get for our skin. If you are using a sunscreen of mild SPF, apply a thick layer of it. But since most of us shy away from layering ourselves with SPF, he recommends a minimum SPF of 30. Also, always look out for UVA and UVB protection as these are usually not provided by SPF alone. Also, I read online that we should apply a spoonful of sunscreen on face to protect it from being damaged.
Get Addicted To Moisturizer-
Moisturize and moisturize. Dehydration leads to dry, rough and hypersensitive, inflamed skin that looks aged and weared. She suggests that we should pay special attention to delicate areas like eyes, lips, neck and décolleté and pamper them with a thicker and creamier moisturizer. Using ingredients like AHAs, lineolic acid, pheromines, peptides and hyaluronic acid as they help in maintaining the right hydration levels.
Do Not Use Soaps-
Instead use a mild cleanser, “if your skin feels tight and dry after bathing, then your cleanser is too tight for you.” Cleansers should be washed completely off the face using warm water. Avoid hot water as it strips off natural oils from skin more than the cooler water which is why we use hot water to clean dishes.
Get Rid Of Acne-
It is probably the most common skin problem yet so difficult to deal with. Going the natural way to treat acne. My favourite acne treatment is sandalwood paste which has astringent, cooling and healing properties. Just apply the paste directly on the zits and see them disappearing.
Use Less Makeup Products-
When applying makeup, always follow this tip. Dermatologist says the best beauty advice she ever received is less is more and this is also the advice she passes on to all her clients. She says we should follow “less-is-more” approach not only in makeup but also in skin care too. When we use a lot of different products, the combination of irritants and fragrances can do more harm than good.
If you think a cream or a product has worked well for you, stick to it. Do not keep going after finding that elusive ultimate, best product. But change your products according to the climate you live in.
Use Scrub-
Exfoliation is the key. Apart from eating healthy and keeping healthy, this is one advice that is common across all dermatologists. Exfoliation makes skin radiant. “Physically sloughing off dead skin cells loosened by Vitamin A will help your moisturizer better penetrate the skin and your make up go on much more smoothly.”
Use a mild exfoliator for daily use. A scrub with beads is the best for daily exfoliation as it sloughs away the dead skin but does not cause irritation to skin.

DIY FACE MASK FOR DULL & DAMAGED SKIN

We know that our beauty is something which is eternal and can not be compared with others, but there is a phase when all of us suffer that tired and dull skin problem and we just wish to have that clear and glowing skin which our favorite celebrities flaunts. But do you know how much they expenses for their skin and everything, I know that we being a lady, a mother, a wife, a homemaker do not want to spend much on ourselves. But I think all of us despite playing different roles in our life we craves for that beautiful skin in which 'll feel confident. So, without spending to much you can go all natural with your kitchen ingredients to obtain that glowing skin at home without any extra effort, you just have to spend some time for this!
Without being too much philosopher I am going to list down some of the kitchen ingredient which will help you to overcome your dullness of skin and give that pampering feel to your skin!
So, this weekend go ahed and pamper your skin with some natural ingredients which will reveal your freshened and brightened skin instantly.
1. Banana & Honey Face Mask-
All of us know that Banana is rich with Vitamin-A and good for maintaining the balance of water of skin. The Honey is riched with antioxidants which is great for sagging skin, Honey is also known for its softening and Brightening effect.
Using Method-
Take half of banana and and a paste out of it , Mix 2 tablespoon of honey into it mix it really well . Apply this mixture directly to your cleanse and dry face sit for 15- 20 minutes and wash it off with regular water.
This will give a instant glow and brightness to your dull skin.
2. Tomato & Honey Face Mask-
Tomato is great for skin brightening and it also helps to reduce the pigmentation and dark spots from your face, along with Honey This face mask is really great to see that instant after effect!
Using Method-
Take half of Tomato and blend it into a blender add 2 tablespoon of Honey into it and mix it well. Apply this paste on the clean & dry face wait for 15 minutes and wash it off with tap water. And Volla! See the effect.
3. Gram Flour(Besan), Curd & Turmeric(Haldi) Face Mask-
This Face mask is like a tradition now! This mask has been transfered from generations to generations but does not loosen its credibility till now, and that's why this in our list!
Using Method-
Mix 2 tablespoon of gram flour into 2 tablespoon of curd and half tablespoon of turmeric powder mix it well and apply to directly to your face and neck area sit for 20 minutes nd wsh it off with water.
4. Lemon, Curd & Potato Juice Face Mask-
The starch in potato juice is great for removing blemishes, and the juice is supposed to be rejuvenating for your skin. And, the citrus element in lemon will provide instant fairness while curd helps to moisturize your skin.
Using Method-
Mix one tablespoon ful of freshly squeezed potato juice with a lemon juice, and stir this into a spoonful of curd. Apply this thick paste on your face and wash after 15 minutes to remove all signs of tiredness.
5. Mango Face Mask-
The Mango Season is almost here now! The fruit of the season is great on its own, thanks to its high content of antioxidants.
Using Method-
Apply the puree of a mango on your face, and wash off after 10 minutes with warm water. It will leave your skin moisturized and smooth.
6. Green Tea Face Mask-
Green tea again is another great ingredient packed with antioxidants that help to sooth irritated and damaged skin. It also helps to keep the natural oil balance of the skin intact.
Using Method-
Just make some tea using a bag or two of green tea. Now, soak a cotton ball in this tea and apply it on your face and neck. After 10-15 minutes, wash it off to give you skin a refreshing treat.
